Abstract

The Star-rated Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) in Bandar Lampung during March 2017 reached 54.05%, up 6.31 points compared to February 2017 at 47.74%. TPK star hotel in March 2017 compared to March 2016 which recorded 45.62%, an increase of 8.43 points. Other accommodation TPK in March 2017 was 46.04% up 1.29 points compared to February 2017 which recorded 44.75%.

The number of guests during March 2017 staying in star hotels and other accommodation (combined) reached 123,627 people, consisting of 568 foreign guests and 123,059 domestic guests. This condition increased by 12,759 people (11.51%) compared to February 2017 which was recorded 110,868 people. The number of guests by type of hotel in star hotels during March 2017 was 26,908 persons, consisting of 202 foreign guests and 26,706 domestic guests. The number increased by 3,600 people (15.45%) compared to February 2017 which recorded 23,308 people. While the number of guests during March 2017 who stayed in other accommodation as many as 96,719 people, consisting of 366 foreign guests and 96,353 domestic guests or an increase of 9159 people or about 10.46% compared to February 2017 recorded 87,560 people.

The average length of stay in March 2017 was 1.70 days, up 0.03 days compared to February 2017, with 2.41 guest details and 1.69 days of domestic guests. While the average length of stay at other hotels / accommodations during March 2017 was 1.48 days rose 0.21 days compared to the previous month, with 7.96 foreign guests and 1.46 days foreign guest guest details.
